1. Nature of Service

STAYOS is a digital concierge platform that allows hotels to display information and services to their guests.

STAYOS does not provide, operate, or manage any third-party services such as tours, transfers, or other experiences.

All services presented through the platform are provided directly by independent third-party providers or by the hotel itself.

2. No Responsibility for Transactions

STAYOS does not participate in, manage, or process any financial transactions between guests, hotels, or third-party service providers.

Any agreement, booking, payment, or arrangement is made directly between the guest and the hotel and/or the service provider.

STAYOS is not responsible for payments, commissions, pricing, availability, or service delivery.

3. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

All services, products, and experiences displayed on the platform are provided by third parties.

STAYOS does not guarantee the quality of services, accuracy of information, availability, or safety.

The third-party provider or hotel is solely responsible for fulfilling the service.

4. Hotel Responsibility

Hotels using STAYOS are solely responsible for how they manage guest requests, any agreements with service providers, any financial transactions, and compliance with local laws and tax regulations.

STAYOS is not responsible for any commissions, cash payments, or business arrangements made by hotels outside the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

STAYOS shall not be held liable for any damages arising from third-party services, failed bookings, disputes between guest and provider, or indirect or direct financial losses.

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

6. Platform Role

STAYOS acts only as a technology provider and communication tool between hotels and their guests.

It does not act as a travel agency, booking agent, or intermediary for financial transactions.
